i need to let things out
my emotions build until the pressure is so bad it feels like i could crawl out of my skin
but the old ways dont seem to work: spending money, smashing things, lifting as much weights as possible, raging, taking it out on marines when im training martial arts... nothing
what ive found to be effective is my writing
i dont expect anyone to reply since no one comes here
and thats probably why im posting
i can let it all out
with no real worries about criticism, or unwanted advice, or cliched "help"...
i can just vent and let my true feelings out...
