| I love boxing, watching & doing as a workout. Anyways, would like to add in some kicking & what not for more core/ab work. What martial art has a lot of kicking? Isn't there some art form from Brazil that works the abs more than other...or something like that.
B, didn't you mention this one time or another???????

| kicking arts that are most common would be - kickboxing- about 60/40 kicking to boxing ratio...maybe
- muay thai- heavy on kicking
- taekwondo- heavy on kicking, but well rounded art
my recommendation would be to find something comprehensive enough that offers what you want, but is still FUN. something you enjoy will last a lot longer than something you have to do...
