possible teams he could go to:

san antonio spurs-

the big three in duncan, ginobili, and parker don't have many years left to win another one, in fact i'm gonna say within the next 2yrs their window will close.
they are constantly nursing injuries.
bring ai in, let him help carry the team until the rest are fully healthy. the more they win the longer the big three can stay on the bench.
he should be able to be kept in check by pop and the fact he doesn't have bargaining power anymore.
imo this is a very good fit for iverson and the spurs.
g.hill, iverson, jefferson, duncan, mcdeyss looks pretty do-able.

new orleans hornets-

these guys blow.
they shouldn't, but they do.
bring in some fire power in ai. a projected line-up of paul, iverson, stojakovic, west, and okafor looks good to me.

new york knicks-
he's not gonna take time away from the younger players that they're trying to "develop." who are they kidding? they don't do anything but run and gun, play no defense, they obviously are opposed to winning with their sweet 2-9 record.
and they are in the lebron sweepstakes (which they'll lose).
bring iverson in for the remainder of the season, let him score lots and lots of points and entertain the fans. make new york an even bigger market to seriously attract the big names like lebron, wade or bosh.

anyone wanna chime in?

Spurs sounds good. But I don't think pop goes for the type of player AI is.

I just don't see anyone signing the lil' baby. He gets worse every season it seems, his attitude I'm talking about.

ah, but that's where pride kicks in.
he'll have to suck it up for one more year before he leaves the league for good.
why go out like starbury?

pop could use him, and he wouldn't take time away from any young guys cause he'll be playing alongside them since parker will get hurt all year as will ginobili.
ai has no bargaining power, everyone knows this is his last chance.
young teams don't want him.
his only bet is an older veteran team that needs to win now.

and that appears to be san antonio.

I would say your dead on correct B. Yah, Starbury is done! I haven't heard his name so fat this young season. Would suck to go out that way, I'm sure AI will not follow.

AI is a dbag.

BUT good point on the Hornets. He'd like to play w/ a pass first PG. The Hornets would definitely upgrade w/ the addition of CRYverson.
